Stuart Ding is a 2025 OF/1B with a 6-0 205 lb. frame from Gainesville, FL who attends F. W. Buchholz. A thicker frame and bigger build. Has some physicality to the build. Ran a 7.19 60-yard dash. Worked out as a primary outfielder, fielding the ball one-handed off the front foot, carrying the momentum with a longer arm action. Throws from a higher slot with one-hop accuracy to the bag. The throws come out fine from his higher slot at 82 mph. As a right-handed hitter with a physical look, he was able to show off some juice in the barrel. The ball comes off the bat well, and he repeats the swing mechanics with some uncoiling ability through contact. Had some hand speed to do damage, impacts the ball well. Produced a 90 mph exit velocity during PG Tech testing. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
