Bryan Sanjurjo is a 2018 2B/3B with a 5-9 168 lb. frame from Trujillo Alto, PR who attends Carlos Beltran Baseball Academy. Athletic frame with medium present build; body projects to fill out. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.00 seconds. Sets up to hit from slightly open stance with leg lift trigger, stays committed to the middle of the field through his approach, has good hand quickness into swing, did a good job getting on a line drive swing plane and showing the ability to hit liners to all fields at times. Worked out defensively in the infield, solid footwork to both sides, gets to ball and funnels cleanly with two hands out front, works into crow hop and shows solid arm strength across the diamond with throws clocked up to 80 MPH. Very good student.
