Garrett Bigham is a 2020 C/OF with a 5-8 155 lb. frame from Scottsdale, AZ who attends Scottsdale Prep Academy. Medium frame with present strength in his lower half. Ran a 6.86 second 60 yard dash. Primary catcher, sets up in a deep crouched position behind the plate, receives the baseball with two hands, clean mechanics coming out of his crouch, sure exchange with a compact arm action at take back, uphill carry to throws with consistent accuracy to the second base bag, 2.14 second best pop time. Righthanded hitter, sets up at the plate with a spread out stance, uses a small toe tap trigger for timing, compact and controlled swing with a line drive swing plane, consistent round working to the middle of the field. Great student.
