D'Angelo Edmondson is a 2019 3B/RHP with a 5-10 190 lb. frame from Atlanta, GA who attends Arlington Christian. Big build, athletic frame with present strength throughout, ran a 7.33 60 yard dash. Primary third baseman, deliberate actions in the infield, developing footwork and arm strength. Also pitched, big side step into windup, high leg lift with coil, high hand separation, short and tight arm action to a high 3/4 arm slot, leads with hip, would like to see the lower half used more, short stride, developing arm speed and arm strength, little effort in delivery, fastball peaked at 73 mph, also showed a curveball that showed 12-to-6 shape. Righthanded hitter, wide base, slightly crouched stance, high hand set with hand dip at load, high back elbow, toe tap trigger, rotational swing with a mostly downhill barrel plane, middle of the field line drive approach. 87 mph exit velocity. Good student.
