Tyler Lund is a 2020 OF with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Tomball, TX who attends Tomball. Medium athletic build with some wiry strength and more to come. Left handed hitter, hits from an open stance with a high back elbow load, swung the bat very well in games with consistent hard pull side contact, torques his upper body hard and creates bat speed, tends to release early with his upper hand costing him some carry, can use his lower half more to generate even more bat speed. Moves well in the outfield with good speed and athletic actions, nice full out diving catch in the game, has good arm strength with plenty of carry when he gets on top of the ball. Good student.
