Stephano Gomez Rivera is a 2021 OF/RHP with a 5-11 163 lb. frame from Canovanas, PR who attends Carlos Beltran Baseball Academy. Medium and athletic frame with room to fill. Ran a 7.53 second 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder, fields the ball out in front with young footwork, low effort release with a long arm action, topped out at 70 mph from the outfield. Righthanded hitter, sets up at the plate with a wide base, starts his swing with a leg lift trigger, low effort swing with loud contact when on time, mechanically sound and will improve pop with additional strength, could unlock more juice with additional lower half involvement. Great student.
