Zachary Vetal is a 2020 C/MIF with a 5-11 155 lb. frame from Plano, TX who attends Plano HS. Medium athletic build, lots of room to get stronger. 7.12 runner, moves well and has good flexibility behind the plate, receives the ball well, good directional footwork throwing with a quick transfer, 1.94 best pop time, has some arm strength and carry that will continue improve as he gets stronger, has next level catching tools if he can get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with good balance, moves into contact well with good lower half use, solid approach, right centerfield orientation in his swing, swings hard and looks to drive the ball. The key to his baseball future will be getting stronger. Good student.
