Mason Clark is a 2024 C/3B/OF with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Audubon, PA who attends Malvern Prep. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and some present strength on build, additional room to fill. Ran a 7.15 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, began with a turned set up behind plate in drills, lower set overall, gains some ground with lower half coming out of crouch, shows flexibility, gets on side of ball at release on occasion, longer arm action through the back. Similar arm action from the outfield, shows accuracy to the intended base, lower elbow on release, longer strides moving towards the ball. Right-handed hitter, begins with hand set away from body and a slightly open stance; utilizes a high leg lift trigger for timing in the box. Shows looseness throughout and nice present bat speed through the zone, gets long with path at times but shows nice tools to continue developing; creates extension out front and shows ability to work to all fields. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
