Sean Dougherty is a 2020 2B/SS, RHP with a 5-3 120 lb. frame from Cape May Court House, NJ who attends Middle Township HS. Has a lean build and frame with plenty of room to fill out and grow as he continues to mature. Posted a 7.31 second sixty yard dash. From the infield, fields the baseball out front and makes the plays with clean transfers into accurate throws with compact arm action. At the plate, right-handed hitter that starts with a high hand set, high back elbow, and small toe tap trigger. Uses a middle of the field approach, stays inside and is direct with his hand path to the baseball. Has feel for the barrel, will be interesting to see what swing translates to as he progresses and gets stronger over the next four years. Great student.
