Alex Bersani is a 2025 3B/RHP/MIF/OF with a 5-9 165 lb. frame from Ocean City, NJ who attends St. Augustine Preparatory. Bersani flashed the ability to provide value on both sides of the infield throughout his day as the primary 3B displayed solid range with accurate throws across the diamond up to 82 mph. On the mound, he worked with good rhythm flashing in sync mechanics and a clean hand break that ultimately saw a FB up to 80 mph with sinking action. He uses the full potential of his body well and explodes down the mound to generate velocity. Offensively, the righty started from a slightly crouched stance with a high back elbow and evident hand speed through the zone to produce impact to the middle pull side of the field. He had plenty of feel for the barrel and covered the zone well, posting an exit velo of 88 mph. Ran a 7.57 sixty yard dash. Good student. Named to Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
