Ryan Haney is a 2024 OF/1B, 3B with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Cooksville, MD who attends Calvert Hall College. Recorded a 7.15 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder with a tall and lean frame with length. Showed clean actions in the outfield and released from a higher slot. Ball came out of the hand clean and throws had plenty of carry and strength behind them. Right-handed hitter and starts from a medium base with open feet and a high back elbow. Employed a long stride forward and maintained balance well throughout the swing. Showed easy bat speed and torqued the hips well. Plenty of feel for the barrel, staying connected and displayed lots of carry to his pull side while also working the whole field. The power projection plays and has the ingredients to offer a real impact with the bat. Good student. Named to the National Underclass East Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
