Samuel Binkley is a 2024 SS/2B/3B with a 5-8 140 lb. frame from Marietta, GA who attends Mount Paran Christian. Smaller frame with a lean build and plenty of room to fill out physically. Ran a 7.67 second 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, shows good lateral range around the dirt with quickness to his actions, works at a fast pace and shows good positioning with his hands while getting rid of the ball quickly with developing arm strength that will produce more carry on throws across. Right-handed hitter, sets up narrow and uses a simple stride into contact; swings the bat athletically with some looseness and bat speed while added strength will improve the jump off the barrel moving forward. Good student.
