Samuel Dedio is a 2021 RHP/IF with a 5-11 150 lb. frame from Naples, FL who attends Community School Of Naples. Recorded a 7.47 second 60-yard dash time. Young, lean frame with plenty of room for additional physical development. Primary righthanded pitcher with a compact, repeatable delivery. Fastball recorded up to 72 mph and filled up the zone with the pitch. Keeps hitters off balance and attacks from an over the top arm slot. Showed a big breaking curveball with 12/6 shape and landed it for strikes well. Three pitches for strikes and mixed well. Secondary infielder with good feel and instincts at the position. Feet are quick and throws from a lower arm slot. Lefthanded hitter with a wide base, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Inside path to contact with an upper half dominant swing. Good student.
