Christian Hamilton is a 2021 RHP/ with a 6-0 150 lb. frame from Tampa, FL who attends Tampa Jesuit HS. Lean, athletic frame with a very slender build and lots of room to add strength. Primary righthanded pitcher who only pitched during the event. Short rocker step into a leg lift at the belt. Longer arm stroke through the back with a slight hook in the back. Three-quarters arm slot and dips lower at times. Fastball gets good life and rides up and in to righthanded hitters; fastball topped out at 85 mph. Gets a good amount of swing and miss within the strike zone; fastball plays up due to deception, extension, and a high front lever. Falls off toward first base at times with some effort at release. Throws changeup with similar arm speed and gets some action on it; curveball flashes some tight spin when landed for strikes. Good student.
