Addison Fakes is a 2019 3B/RHP, C, IF, OF with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Lebanon, TN who attends Friendship Christian. Medium frame with a solid build and beginnings of strength. Primary third baseman with deliberate footwork while working to and surrounding the baseball. Reads hops well and flashed soft hands while funneling out front. Worked through exchange cleanly and produced softer carry across the infield topping at 66 miles per hour. Right handed hitter with an upright, slightly open stance and quick, aggressive front side trigger. Stays on back side and works to contact with rotational lower half actions. Deep load and looked to turn the barrel to contact. Flashed occasional hand speed through the hitting zone and while employing a mid field to pull side approach. Also pitched utilizing a simple leg lift delivery. Hid baseball well with a shorter take back and released from a high three-quarters arm slot. Stayed on line and fluid through extension generating some downhill plane with a fastball that topped at 73 miles per hour. Looked to work to the bottom quadrants of the zone and challenge hitters. Excellent student as well.
