Dan Collins is a 2021 OF/1B with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Shamong, NJ who attends Seneca. Recorded a 5.38 second 40-yd dash time. Big frame with room to physically mature. Primary outfielder with a developing defensive skill set; deliberate footwork through the fielding process and segmented arm action that recorded throws up to 78 mph. Left-handed hitter with an even base, high back elbow and minimal weight shift trigger. Very deliberate downhill swing plane with the ability to create some moderate power when squared. Will improve with continued refinement of swing mechanics and added strength. Good Student.
