Edgar Rodriguez is a 2019 LHP with a 6-3 200 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Doral Academy Charter. Solid athletic build with good present strength. Polished delivery with low effort and good tempo, stays tall on his backside and works downhill well. Fastball topped out at 83 mph, has been up to 87 mph at PG events in the past, works arm side with is fastball and has the ability cut the ball into the zone with intent, will get some arm side run on occasion as well, can spot up his fastball. Curveball is a quality pitch with tight spin and sharpness, has feel for his curveball and can put it in different spots. Didn't see a change up but no reason he wouldn't have a good one with his feel for his fastball/curveball combination. Crafty lefty profile with most of the details already in place.
