Connor Holmes is a 2019 C/3B, OF with a 5-9 170 lb. frame from Winston, GA who attends Alexander HS. Recorded a 7.31 second 60-yard dash time. Young frame with a lean build and room to add strength. Primary catcher with a quick transfer and compact arm stroke. Arm strength recorded up to 74 mph with some carry out of the hand. Short ground gained and could be more consistent with improved lower half utilization. Righthanded hitter with a level swing plane and a small stride forward. Crouched, balanced stance with a big hand load. Turns the barrel over well and can impact the ball with strength to the pull side and middle of the field. Good student.
