Rhett Rogers is a 2016 RHP/OF with a 6-3 192 lb. frame from Calhoun, GA who attends Calhoun HS. Rogers has a long lean build with room to fill out, short arm action to a high 3/4 slot to over the top arm slot. Pitches downhill with fastball and gets cutting action to fastball and will mix in a two seam with arm side run. Has a developing curveball with a 11/5 spin. Change up has late arm side run down in zone. Hit from a square stance, loads up hips well with a little coil before stride. Pull side approach with good strength and bat speed. Has strength in swing. Defensively, compact arm action with a quick transfer and release. Good actions to ball and feet work. Outstanding Student.
