Evan Doss is a 2024 C/RHP, IF with a 5-8 160 lb. frame from Senoia, GA who attends East Coweta. Compact and young frame with room to continue to fill out as he matures. Ran a 7.84 second 60 yard dash. Primary catcher, worked out behind the plate with a higher set, efficient footwork through the ball, has carry to the bag with an accurate arm, stays online and accurate with his throw downs, really promising catch and throw tools, 2.01 second best pop time in drills, 2.36 second caught stealing in game. Secondary infielder, plenty of body control, solid glove skills with a clean transfer and carry to his throws, graded out better defensively behind the plate. Righthanded hitter, sets up at the plate with a balanced and open stance with high hands, leg lift trigger and hovers the front foot for timing to contact, takes an inside hand path to the baseball, has strength to his wrists and will show lift to the pull side, will continue to unlock more power with added strength.
