Thomas Lovins is a 2022 C/3B with a 6-0 220 lb. frame from Douglasville, GA who attends Harvester Christian Academy. He ran a 8.41 second sixty. A primary catcher with a larger build. Behind the plate he gains ground into his throws with good game like actions, the exchange is quick in the middle of the body as he is able to get on top of the ball and pull down out front recording a 2.08 second pop time. Right-handed hitter, uses a big lg lift trigger to start the swing, the hands work to the inside part of the ball with developing barrel control as he worked best to right field letting the ball get deep. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
