Carson Burgamy is a 2022 C/2B, OF with a 5-9 185 lb. frame from Woodstock, GA who attends River Ridge. Medium frame with a stocky type build showing strength throughout. Ran a 7.56 second sixty yard dash. Primary Catcher, sitting down in his stance showing off a flexible lower half. Received the baseball well before working into transfers. Uphill release and was accurate around the bag as he recorded a pop time of 2.06 seconds. Feel for the position showing and will make strides with minor clean up's. Right-Handed Hitter, starting spread out and sitting down in the legs a bit. Hands get deep as he works into separation before working into a linear cut. Looks to drive the baseball back up the middle or to the pull-side when possible. Starting to flash power in the swing and projects more down the road. Great Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
