Preston Booth is a 2022 OF/1B with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Kennesaw, GA who attends Harrison. Recorded a 6.69 second sixty-yard dash. Primary outfielder works the ball with a controlled approach fielding the ball to the side and transfers into a long arm action on release while accurately throwing 76 mph to the bases. Left-handed hitter steps in the box with an open, wide base and a high back elbow. Booth shows good barrel control with a simple stride as he transfers his weight well alongside using quick hands to work the ball pull side. He also generates good impact off the barrel creating good backspin. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
