Mason Gentry is a 2020 OF/LHP/1B with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Ball Ground, GA who attends Creekview HS. Young athletic build. Left handed hitter, simple load and shift into contact, upper half rotational swing, gets to his front side and is well timed, line drive swing plane, gets the barrel out and makes solid pull contact, good hitting mechanics to build from as he gets stronger. 7.36 runner, has good footwork and some young athleticism to the ball, loose arm action with developing arm strength, makes accurate soft throws. Good student.
