Ajay Jones is a 2024 OF/2B with a 5-8 150 lb. frame from Gainesville, GA who attends North Hall. Recorded a 6.37 second 60-yard dash time. Primary outfielder with a medium frame and slender athletic build. Works through the ball in the outfield with clean one-hand gather to the side and exchange to a high 3/4 arm slot. Long arm swing on throws to the bases with carry and accuracy around the bag at 81 mph. Athletic mover with clean actions and some arm strength on throws. Right-handed hitter with a narrow base and deep hands load with separation. Slightly lofted path through the middle and impact to the pull side with extension out front. Excellent student.
