Jimmy Bowden is a 2023 OF/RHP with a 6-0 195 lb. frame from Macon, GA who attends Stratford Academy. Recorded a 7.12 second 60-yard dash time. Primary outfielder with a medium frame and athletic build. Deliberate actions and fundamental one-hand gather in the outfield with a full arm swing to a higher slot on throws. Accurate throws to the bases with some arm strength at 84 mph. Secondary right-handed pitcher with staggered feet start on extreme first base side of the rubber. Pivots the right foot to compress slab with belt-high lift and short arm 3/4 arm slot getting down the slope. Fastball up to 80 mph (2110 RPM) and 11/5 breaking ball 70 mph (2250 RPM). Right-handed hitter with an even base and high hands stance in the box. Toe-tap trigger stride with high back elbow slot working through the middle and opposite field with a level swing path. Good student.
