Andrew Nixon is a 2022 LHP/1B, OF with a 5-11 210 lb. frame from Buford, GA who attends Buford. Medium frame with a stocky type build showing strength throughout. Primary Left-Handed Pitcher, side step to a belt high lift as he is balanced throughout. Drops and drives as he stays direct to dish. Higher arm slot release as he goes right after hitters. Proved he could tunnel his two-pitch mix well as he missed barrels. Fastball up to 85 mph with life out of hand as he generates arm side run. Slider was very sharp in the low-70's as he proved he could get swing and miss with it. Confident on the mound and isn't afraid to go right after hitters. Projects on the mound going forward.
