Patrick Kilgo is a 2024 SS/RHP, 2B with a 5-9 140 lb. frame from Kennesaw, GA who attends Mt Paran Christian. Medium frame with a lean build showing room to fill out physically. Ran a 7.74 second sixty yard dash. Primary Shortstop, sitting back a bit as he makes sure to take an efficient route to the baseball while keeping the play in front of him. Deep gather as he funnels to the waist before working into transfer. Accurate across the diamond as he threw it 70 mph during drills. Secondary Right-Handed Pitcher, working into a side step to a higher leg lift as he stays balanced throughout. Works down the hill and lands direct to dish as he released from a higher slot. Lived arm side with the heater as he was up to 70 mph as he pounded the mitt. Mixed in a curveball in the low-60's with 12-to-6 looks. Proved he could fill up the zone and went right after hitters. Right-Handed Hitter, starting even in the base with hands forward. Short knee trigger to stride as he lands close to where previously started from. Stays linear as he looks for the upper half to create bat speed. Middle of the field approach. Will show progression with a strength gain. Great Student.
