Bryce Thomas is a 2024 SS/RHP, 3B, MIF, OF with a 5-8 160 lb. frame from Atlanta, GA who attends Westlake. Recorded a 7.17 second 60-yard dash time. Primary shortstop with a smaller frame and medium build. Moves around well on his feet with feel for the glove and a quick release on throws across at 71 mph. Carries momentum through the gather process with solid lateral movements. Secondary right-handed pitcher with a side-step to waist-high leg lift from the first base side of the rubber. Quick arm swing behind to a 3/4 slot release with a fastball up to 80 mph and a breaking ball in the mid-60s. Pretty direct line down the slope with control of the zone. Right-handed hitter with an even base and hanging leg lift trigger stride. Sits on the backside with a slightly uphill plane swing and present bat speed. Good rhythm in the box with ability to impact to all fields. Excellent student with a 4.0 GPA.
