Davis Hamby is a 2009 3B/1B with a 6'1'', 200 lb. frame from Powder Springs, GA who attends Harrison HS. Davis has a strong athletic build and is solid in the infield. He shows good strength at the plate and drives the ball to all fields. He has a line drive swing plane and makes solid barrel contact. Hamby can run and showed it with a 6.72 time in the sixty. Davis will continue to improve and is an interesting follow based on his running and hitting tools. He is also an outstanding student.
