Jordan Fricks is a 2022 LHP/1B with a 6-1 230 lb. frame from Woodstock, GA who attends Etowah. Big and strong build. Pretty easy and fluid delivery on the mound with a long arm action in back, has a loose whippy arm action coming through to a mid to low 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 82 mph with nice arm side running action, works away from right handed hitters and got lots of swing and miss on his fastball. Good feel for spinning his slurve type curveball. Deadens the spin on his change up well with sinking action. Mixes his three pitches and competes hard, had a nice outing. Left handed hitter, hits from an open stance, short and strong hands driven swing, repeats his timing and swing well, looks to pull the ball and can create back spin. 7.88 runner, has pretty athletic actions at first base for his size. Good student. Named to the Preseason HS Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
