Jimmy Miller is a 2018 RHP with a 6-3 153 lb. frame from Weirsdale, FL who attends Villages Charter HS. Long and lean build, broad shoulders with plenty of room to get stronger. Big hip turn delivery, gets rotated back on line well, long arm swing with an over the top arm slot, creates plane to the plate, gets over his front side well. Upper 70's fastball, fastball gets very good sinking action in addition to the plane and elicits weak ground ball contact. Gets on top of his curveball well and gets true downer spin and shape on the pitch, showed good command of both his fastball and curveball and kept his pitch count low. Projectable young right hander whose delivery works and who has an idea how to pitch.
