Thomas Nettles is a 2022 3B/RHP/SS with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Louisville, KY who attends Louisville Trinity. Ran a 7.01 60-yard dash. Two-way prospect. On the mound, has effective drop and drive mechanics. Works quickly and locates well. Shows off a three pitch mix. His fastball was up to 79 MPH with some run to it. Pairs it with a slurve up to 70 and changeup that shows tailing action. In the field, throws from a low slot primarily. Throws well from multiple arm slots with athleticism. At the plate, slightly more power over hit tool presently. Narrow base with a high hand set up. Shows power to pullside and swing has strength to it. His highest exit velocity was 85 MPH. Excellent student.
