Ryan Andrews is a 2019 OF/RHP with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from Lutz, FL who attends Steinbrenner HS. Recorded a 6.99 second 60-yard dash time. Lean, athletic frame with room on the body for additional strength. Primary outfielder with a short arm stroke. Arm strength recorded up to 85 mph and has deliberate overall actions. Solid accuracy and carry into the infield. Secondary righthanded pitcher with clean mechanics. Slight pause at the gather point and has a low effort delivery. Gets on top of the breaking ball nicely and has good feel for commanding his fastball. Two separate breaking balls with a hard slider and lands the 12/6 curveball too. Righthanded hitter with a high hand set, high back elbow, and a full swing path. Looseness to hands and found a rhythm nicely. Sprayed line drive contact and pulls off slightly. Good student.
