Marco Mannino is a 2021 SS/2B with a 6-0 150 lb. frame from Wrightstown, NJ who attends Northern Burlington. Recorded a 5.27 second 40-yd dash time. Long, slender build with plenty of room to add strength. Primary shortstop with a developing defensive skill set, coordinated footwork and lower half well during the fielding process. Displayed developing arm strength and accuracy from multiple arm slots, recording throws up to 78 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter with a slightly open stance, high tight hand set and double toe tap trigger. Incorporates circular hand load and long stride for timing, using a flat swing path to create consistent bat-to-ball skill. Will continue to improve with added strength, given fundamentally sound base. Good Student.
