Angel Resto Colon is a 2016 RHP/OF with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Trujillo Alto, PR who attends New Generation School. Tall, lean, athletic frame with more room to fill out. Ran a 7.07 60 yard dash. Pitches from a three-quarter arm slot and has an easy, repeatable arm action. Works at 78-82 mph with his fastball and works to both sides of the plate. Gets good extension out front. Also mixes in a slow 10-4 sweeping curveball. Also played the field, shows a strong outfield arm and works through the ball well. Has good outfield instincts and track the ball well. Stays inside the ball well at the plate and has a line drive approach. Has a quiet, lively hands and gap power. Very good student.
