Trevyne Carter is a 2016 OF/SS with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Hixson, TN who attends Soddy Daisy. Outstanding athletic build, long and lean with some present strength plenty more to come. Plus runner, 6.53 in the sixty and regular MLB plus run times to first base. Good arm strength from the outfield with a compact arm action, works through the ball well with a balanced charge, accurate throws. Left handed hitter, cocks hands late, inconsistent timing at present, has quick hands and develops good bat speed, gets good extension out front, swings hard and the ball comes off the barrel hard when squared. Young skills but top level tools and very projectable physically.
