Rese Brown is a 2019 RHP/OF with a 6-1 205 lb. frame from Apopka, FL who attends Lake Brantley HS. Large frame with present strength and physicality on the frame. Primary pitcher with a hip turn up at the top of the gather. Threw from a high three-quarter arm slot with some effort upon release. Full arm action through the back and coils inward near the top of the delivery. Maintains velocity well throughout and got on top of the fastball well. The pitch had sink when low in the zone with good overall life. Creates some plane on the fastball due to arm slot. Tight slider in the upper-70s that has short life to the pitch and entices swings and misses. Showed three pitches with a changeup. Consistent stuff throughout the performance. Great student.
