Michael Eberle is a 2015 SS with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from North Hampton, NH who attends The Governor's Academy. Medium, athletic build with a lean, projectable frame and room to fill out with added strength. Ran a 7.57 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, moves well to the ball, fields cleanly out front adn works through the ball, short arm action on throws that show strength and carry across the diamond. Switch hitter, starts with a lower hand set from the right side, line drive swing path with a nice feel for the barrel. Left-handed, starts with an upright stance, narrow base and a low hand set. Short and quick swing, generates lift at contact and flashes strength to pull side. Consistent line drive contact with a strong feel for the barrel and sound plate coverage. Very good student.
