Ivan Nuñez is a 2016 2B/ with a 5-5 115 lb. frame from Coral Springs, FL who attends Marjory Stoneman Douglas. Young, wiry build with room to continue adding strength. Ran a 7.19 60 yard dash. Intelligent player who knows what to do on the field. Gets the most out of present arm strength. Fits the second base profile. Has soft hands and makes accurate throws across. Very sound infielder. Bats right-handed, uses a line drive swing plane. Has some surprising pop in his bat. Gets good extension out front and has quick hands through the zone. Very good student.
