Luis Roberto Guzman is a 2018 3B/1B with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Caguas, PR who attends Colegio San Angel David. Big physical build with good present strength, significantly bigger than listed. Right handed hitter, hits from a very spread stance, rotational swing with an early shift to his front side, will get off balance at times and tends to hit around his core, pull contact, has some leverage and strength when he squares the ball up. Plays both third and first base, has good arm strength with carry when on top of the ball, fields cleanly out front with soft hands, likely first base future. Good student.
