Walker Tolar is a 2015 3B with a 5-9 181 lb. frame from South Livingston, TX who attends Big Sandy HS. Strong compact build. Showed good athleticism at third base, has some first step quickness and soft hands, long and loose arm action with present arm strength and good on line throws. Pitcher's arm action, would have been interesting to see him on the mound. Right handed hitter, aggressive swing approach, swings hard and creates some bat speed, ball comes off the barrel well, will occasionally get over aggressive and overswing. Solid all around player.
