Cordero Enriquez is a 2016 SS/IF with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Cypress, TX who attends Cypress Woods HS. Medium athletic build, room to get stronger. 7.16 runner, light on his feet defensively, moves well with long strides and good quickness, soft hands at the ball and a quick exchange/release, arm strength still developing, has the actions and athleticism to keep improving in the middle infield. Right handed hitter, high back elbow, balanced approach, gets to his front side aggressively, long loose swing with the beginnings of some bat speed, line drive swing plane and will hit to all fields, has some projection with the bat. Excellent student.
