Shelby Frazier is a 2018 RHP/OF with a 6-6 198 lb. frame from Delray Beach, FL who attends Atlantic HS. Long and loose build, very projectable physically. High takeaway in back, has some quickness to his arm coming through, loose extension out front. Mid-80's fastball, topped out at 87 mph, mostly straight with occasional arm side life. Slow curveball with occasional depth, can get out and over the pitch better. Young right hander with lots of projection and a loose arm, be patient on. Good student, verbal commitment to Florida International.
