Kobe Atkins is a 2016 1B/3B/OF with a 6-1 210 lb. frame from Stone Mountain, GA who attends Arabia Mountain HS. Broad shouldered athletic build, very strong look. Right handed hitter, straight stance, deep hand load, long and strong swing, big late shift into contact, front foot is late getting down at times, hands are often left behind his shift, has big power to the middle of the field when he squares it up, can get more aggressive at the plate attacking fastballs, has potential with adjustments. 7.24 runner, has good mobility at first base and can throw from different arm angles, light on his feet and moves well underway, could likely play corner outfield positions well.
