Justin McFadden is a 2016 SS/OF, 3B with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Galloway, NJ who attends Cedar Creek. Medium, athletic build with a lean, projectable frame and room to fill out with additional strength. Ran a 7.09 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, moves well on feet and remains balanced while charging in. Long arm action on throws across, shows strength and accuracy while working through the ball well. Right-handed hitter, starts with an even stance and a small leg kick trigger. Quick hands with a smooth weight transfer into contact. Full swing path with a nice feel for the barrel and ability to use all fields. Has pre-pitch movement in swing but repeats very well and shows nice life off the barrel with an up the middle approach. Very good student.
