Blake Rutherford is a 2014 OF/ with a 5-8 165 lb. frame from Cumberland, KY who attends Harlan County. Smaller, athletic frame with room to fill out. Ran a 7.15 60 yard dash. Has a short arm action from the outfield, works underneath his throws at times. Attacks the ball and takes good routes. Bats right-handed, works from a slightly open stance, needs his lower half to be more involved. Stays short to the ball and shows a sound approach. Plays the game hard. Outstanding student.
