Steven Tilley is a 2015 RHP/1B with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from San Diego, CA who attends Helix. Tall, long thin build with room to fill. Pitches from a three quarter arm slot and a short arm action with a short bakcstroke. Good tailing action on fastball with good pronation, online delivery, stays tall in back and creates a slight downhill plane, deliberate approach, threw a lot of strikes and showed ability to change speeds well with fastball/changeup combination and flashed occasional mid 60s curveball with 11-5 shape. Line drive swing plane, good balance, pull approach, slight uppercut. Very good student.
