Cameron Cannon is a 2016 SS/IF with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Chandler, AZ who attends Mountain Ridge HS. Medium athletic build, some present strength with room for more. 7.09 runner, very smooth and polished defensive actions, fields the ball cleanly out front, soft and sure hands, works through the ball, quick transfer and release, accurate throws, nice circle to the backhand, raw arm strength plays up with his actions and release. Right handed hitter, quick and short swing, tends to open his front side early when looking to pull, best when working the middle of the field, has some strength in his swing, some natural lift out front. Solid all around middle infield skills and tools.
