Francisco Lopez is a 2014 RHP with a 6-5 215 lb. frame from Carolina, PR who attends Academia Presbiteriana. Outstanding young pitcher's build, has present strength and room to get even stronger. Calm well paced on line delivery, medium length arm action, high 3/4's arm slot, arm works well with a low effort release, can get front side turned better for better lower half use. Fastball topped out at 86 mph, threw up to 89 mph a month previously, gets late life down in the zone and throws a heavy fastball. Upper 60's curveball has good 11/5 depth at times, did not see change up.
